2026 Spring Mixer
Wellington Historical Society’s annual Spring Mixer takes place on Thursday, May 28, 2026, and everyone is welcome to join for an evening of beverages and light bites and a recap of the year. It takes place from 6-7:30 p.m. at Village Music Café, 10410 West Forest Hill Blvd.
The Spring Mixer has become a well-loved season close-out for members and friends to gather for a recap of the year and a preview of what’s in store.
“This has been a remarkable year for the Wellington Historical Society that included us celebrating with Wellington to mark the village’s 30th anniversary in January and with the historical society winning two grants to support our work preserving the history of Wellington,” said WHS President Sue Bierer. “We look forward to seeing everyone for our final event of the season.”
Founded in 2018, Wellington Historical Society preserves Wellington’s past through several programs and initiatives. The organization hosts an ongoing Lunch & Learn series with speakers who share slices of area history. WHS also has an archive of items and documents representative of Wellington’s history. It has created an educational program taught in Wellington’s elementary schools and has compiled oral histories from many of Wellington’s early pioneers and leaders.
Cost for the Spring Mixer is $30 for members and $35 for non-members. For tickets visit Eventbrite. For membership information or to learn more, visit wellingtonhistoricalsociety.org.
